Perry Lane Waters and William A. "Andy" Hibbert founded Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home in 1929. These men were dedicated to honoring each family as unique and special. This foundation of dedication, honor and personal services to our families continues today. P.L. Waters died in 1960 and W.A. Hibbert chose Clarence H. Cooper, employed at Waters & Hibbert for 30 years, to become his partner. Mr. Hibbert died in 1988 and C.H.Cooper continued leading Waters & Hibbert until his death in 1996. Since 1996 Waters & Hibbert continues to be family owned and operated by C.H. Cooper's daughter, Cathy Cooper Moore. Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home had a name change in 2011 to Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home, LLC.
